The start of the Nightblade Mapping Guide has been added to the website. Thus far the guides explain how to set up the alpha to allow maps to be created, some basic instructions on getting a Nightblade map ingame, and a detailed guide to the setup of doors in Nightblade. More to come.

Nightblade Alpha Update

The Nightblade Alpha has been updated today. You can find details on obtaining it from the Testing section. The change log describes all the changes in full detail, but the major changes for this week are:
- Fixed AI guards being unable to hit players with their sword.
- Fixed some netgame issues with movement.
- Added victory splash screens and music.
- Added a system so torches randomly go out over time.
- Added melee attack animations for human guards.

Nightblade Status

We're currently hard at work consolidating our assets from both Thievery and Nightblade. This means getting sounds, models and textures into UT3.
We've also started coding under UT3, implementing the basics of our stealth based multiplayer game. We've been coding things like hiding in the shadows, climbing ladders, interacting with the world, weapons, equipment and more.
